MUSE Brasserie - Bristol: A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Bristol

I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. The staff were very friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. I left the restaurant feeling very happy and satisfied.

Exquisite. The presentation of the food was beautiful, but the taste of each element was absolutely outstanding. The cheese souffle nearly moved me to tears it was so delicious. The flavours in the vension dish had so much depth. So glad I had coffee with a selection of mini desserts to finish as it was delightful. The restaurant is prettily decorated and well laid out. All the staff clearly took pride in serving the food and were very friendly. The host gave us a lovely welcome and took an effort to give us a great table. Everything from the cocktail to start to the dessert was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced it was given the quality. A wonderful evening! Very much recommend this restaurant

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal here this evening. The food is genuinely delicious. Lovely flavours, really well cooked and presented. There was also a complimentary amuse bouche and bread. The service was excellent, friendly and charming. Massively exceeded my expectations. If you’re vegan, this place has great options, including a vegan chocolate fondant, which was incredible.

Just set back from busy Cargo area, the restaurant is beautifully decorated inside. High hopes set from the outset. Service impeccable throughout and the food absolutely stunning. Feel blessed to have found this little gem of a place. Must try the special dish - catch of the day - monkfish. I can’t even tell you how good it was! Definitely worth a visit.

Wow what an amazing place! A rare gem in Bristol, they have loads of meat but also tons vegetarian, not just your token 2 veggie choices. Perfect for me and my partner. Food was top quality and the complimentary entrees a nice touch. Staff were incredibly diligent and friendly. A new favourite

I have tried the cocktail wasn’t just a drink—it was a masterpiece. Crafted by ( Mr.sonny, Mr.Karthikeyan) the incredibly talented mixologist at Müşse, every sip told a story. The balance of flavors, the creativity in presentation, and the smooth finish left me speechless. You can taste the passion and precision in every drop. Hands down, one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Cheers to true artistry behind the bar! I’d strongly recommend this place to explore and enjoy the good experiences with family& friends.

This restaurant is fun and vibrant, has delicious food, and is full of the nicest bunch of workers I have ever come across. Truly, what made the experience here so wonderful was the incredible service - the workers went above and beyond with every detail and me and my partner felt very special and looked after, even though it was a very busy Friday night! The soufflé starter is absolutely delicious!

Absolutely brilliant. Delicious food, fabulous service and a fabulous environment. There were so many delicious things to choose from that is was hard to choose. I'm a vegetarian and normally a dish sounds nice but disappoints. Not here. Delicious from start to end. My wife had venison and daughter in law the duck. Everything was superb. Will definitely be going g back as we had no room for dessert, but they looked fabulous too.
